 PhotoMann Unmasked
I am PhotoMann (a.k.a. Douglas Mann). In real life an engineer currently living and working in Okinawa, Japan. I travel around Asia on business a little and travel extensively any time I get time off. Prior to moving to Okinawa 5 1/2 years ago I had never been to Asia. Now I've been to most countries in the region. Before Okinawa I lived in Berlin, Germany.
Travel, photography and computers are my addictions. This WWW home page is a blending of them all. Thailand is by far my favorite country in the region. I've been there frequently as my wife, Roongnapa, is from Chiang Mai. Be sure to visit the coverage of the traditional Thai wedding. The images were not taken by PhotoMann but it was his most harrowing adventure.
I hope you enjoy traveling the world with PhotoMann. Many of the images were scanned with a 'old' Nikon Coolscan which I sold a while
back. As time permits (when I'm not traveling or in class) I'm adding more images with my new Super Coolscan. Please visit again soon.
